Falls man indicted on alleged crack sales

LOCKPORT – Dartanyan T. Robinson, 19, of Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, pleaded not guilty in Niagara County Court Friday to a four-count indictment charging him with two crack cocaine sales to police informants on Jan. 8 and 21 in the Falls.

Robinson, who is on probation for another conviction, was ordered held in lieu of $15,000 bail set by County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III. Robinson is charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

In another arraignment Friday, Jeffrey D. Stewart, 46, of Fifth Street in the Falls, pleaded not guilty to second-degree burglary. He allegedly entered a home on Ferry Avenue in Niagara Falls on Aug. 27.
