Lancaster man arrested for Wyoming County identity theft

WARSAW – A 60-year-old Lancaster businessman was arrested Saturday by State Police after a two-week investigation into an identity theft-related business insurance scheme.

Paul A. Graff Jr. was briefly jailed after his arrest on a first-degree identity theft charge for allegedly using the name and social security number of a relative who lives in Wyoming County to get the insurance he needed to open a trucking business in Erie County. Graff faces further proceedings in Attica Town Court in coming weeks.
