LEWISTON – Heart and vascular disease are the number one health risk women face, and Mount St. Mary’s Hospital and Catholic Health will offer a free program to address these issues called “Ask Up Anything About Women’s Heart and Vascular Health,” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., March 24 in the Four Points by Sheraton, 7001 Buffalo Ave.
Any woman who has heart disease, has suffered a cardiac event, or is at risk, is encouraged to join the experts for this free heart-healthy dinner program. During the program, experts in cardiac, vascular and women’s health will look at keeping your heart healthy and the latest tools for diagnosing cardiovascular conditions.
Presenters include doctors Aimee Swartz, vascular surgeon; Rachel Weselak, OB/GYN and gynecological surgeon; Zina Hajduczok, cardiologist; and also physical therapist, and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation specialist, Pamela Barto.
