The University at Buffalo men's basketball team (23-9, No. 12 seed) will play its first NCAA Tournament game in program history against West Virginia (23-9, No. 5 seed) at 2:10 p.m. Friday (TNT, 1520 AM) at Nationwide Arena in Columbus.
