NIAGARA FALLS – A restaurant employee who left behind his backpack filled with six raw tenderloins was charged with theft on Sunday.

Robert W. Carson, 37, of Walnut Avenue, Niagara Falls, was charged with petit larceny just before 10 a.m. Sunday at Augie’s Restaurant at 8207 Niagara Falls Boulevard.
