PARKER, John C.

PARKER - John C. Passed away at the age of 69 on March 8, 2015, at home surrounded by his family. John was born at Louise de Marillac Hospital on November 13, 1945. His parents were Elva A. Prest Parker and Vincent John Parker. He had two brothers and two sisters; Phyllis Forest, Lawrence Earl and the late Bruce Parker and the late Kathleen Albrecht. He attended School 52 on Bird Ave; Junior High in Orchard Park and graduated from Grover Cleveland High. He married Deanna Brinkman in Huron, SD on April 17th, 1971. They have three children; John C. (Catherine) Parker, Rebecca (Scott) Kozlowski and MAJ Patrick Parker DO. He is also survived by his eldest daughter Beatrice (Chris) Mueller and six grandchildren. He served in the Navy as Seabee, serving a tour of duty in Da Nang and Cameron Bay, Vietnam. John was a member of the Moose, IOOB, VFW, DAV, Vietnam Vets of America, Chairman's Club, Wilson Conservation Club and his most recent, the Studebaker Club to celebrate his birthday gift of a 1958 Golden Hawk from his children. He was interested in Genealogy and collected "Esso" products. Family and Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Thursday, March 12th, 4-7 PM. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Brendan on the Lake, Newfane site (St. Bridget's) on Friday at 11 AM.
