‘Abusive’ concertgoer charged with disorderly conduct

A Syracuse man was arrested Friday night after refusing to leave a Garth Brooks concert in First Niagara Center after being asked to by security.

Jason W. Roche, 34, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m., according to a Buffalo police. Roche became loud and abusive toward security, threatening numerous security staff members, the report said. He was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and third-degree trespassing.
