LOCKPORT – William A. Robinson of Lockport, who successfully completed the judicial diversion program after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary, collected his reward Thursday in Niagara County Court.

Robinson, 55, of Phelps Street, was sentenced by Judge Matthew J. Murphy III to three years’ probation with credit for his two years in diversion. The burglary charge was reduced to a misdemeanor, petit larceny.

Robinson still needs to complete payment of $1,100 in restitution for the 30 pounds of copper pipe he stole Nov. 26, 2012, from a house on Grand Street in Lockport .
