Eric Mower + Associates appointed Allison Wilton art director, Allie Friedman content manager, public relations and Krista Grow project manager. Wilton, an Alfred University graduate, was a graphic designer at the firm. Friedman is a St. Lawrence University graduate. Grow graduated from the University at Buffalo.


The certified public accounting firm of Tronconi Segarra & Associates named Sarah E. Warner a staff accountant, Mary S. Gaskill general ledger specialist, and William R. Meetze director of business development. Warner received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University at Buffalo. Gaskill is a graduate of SUNY Brockport. Previously she was an accountant and health insurance administrator at the Clarence Chamber of Commerce. Meetze, an Onondaga Community College graduate, was previously employed by other local public accounting firms.


Preferred Mutual Insurance Company named Kathleen Bruening a no-fault claims manager. Bruening has more than 26 years of insurance industry experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam. Also, the agency named Chad Share a liability claims specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University.

CUBRS Inc., Buffalo was awarded a $32,678,236 federal contract for research, testing and analysis of supersonic and hypersonic vehicles and their components at the Aerothermal Aero-Optics Evaluation Center to evaluate aero-dynamic, aero-thermal, aero-optics, aero-propulsion and multi-body separation effects by the U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala.


Delaware North was appointed to manage the catering operations at South Park Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the United Kingdom. The 25-year contract will see Delaware North take responsibility for event-day hospitality catering, the general admission food and beverage offer, and the marketing and management of non-event-day conferences and functions. Delaware North will also be responsible for the marketing, sales and delivery of all tours of South Park Stadium as part of the venue’s continued celebrated legacy.


The Buffalo/Niagara Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America is accepting applications for the 2015 May C. Randazzo Scholarships. Scholarships are available to both undergraduate and graduate students attending colleges/universities in the geographic area served by the Buffalo/Niagara Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. The application deadline for the $1,500 scholarships is April 15. The awards will be presented at the chapter’s annual PRSA Excalibur Awards event in June.
