"The plans prepared by Green & Wicks for the $3,500,000 municipal hospital plant proposed by the West farm commission, were submitted to the finance committee of the board of aldermen this afternoon, the production of these plans and the appearance of the commission having been requested by the committee in order that it might determine whether an initial expense of $600,000 for the construction of part of the tuberculosis hospital group should be authorized."
