M&T Bank has made two senior-level appointments.
The Buffalo-based bank named Neil J. Hosty to head the business banking division, and Bradley J. Dossinger as its Community Reinvestment Act manager.
Hosty, a senior vice president, fills a vacancy created by Janet Coletti’s promotion to executive vice president for human resources. Hosty will oversee a team of more than 500 Business Banking employees and has more than 17 years of banking experience. He was with Allied Irish Banks in Dublin, Ireland, before joining M&T.
Dossinger, an administrative vice president, fills a vacancy created by the retirement of JoAnne Schwartz last December. Dossinger has been with M&T’s Community Reinvestment Act department for 20 years, and has served as the bank’s Western New York CRA manager for about 13 years. In his new position, he will lead CRA functions across the bank.
