Albany man arrested for trying to sneak drugs into an Attica inmate

WARSAW – The felony arrest of a 38-year-old Albany man for allegedly trying to sneak drugs into an Attica Corrrectional Facility inmate during a Feb. 16 visit was disclosed Monday by State Police.

Justin A. Bouldin was arrested after he was allegedly found to be trying to smuggle into the maximum-security prison two packets of marijuana and suboxone. He was charged with felony counts of promoting prison contraband in the third-degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and misdemeanor counts of promoting prison contraband in the second-degree, and criminal possession of marijuana.
