Two Williamsville men charged with threatening cop at casino

Two Williamsville men who were asked to leave the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino early Sunday were charged with threatening a Buffalo police detective who escorted them off the property, South District officers reported.

Luke M. Sibick, 23, of Wik Street, and Richard A. Pagliaroli, 22, of Mill Street, were charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

Kevin Biggs, a Buffalo police detective and casino employee, told officers that the men began threatening him about 12:40 a.m. after they had been kicked out of the casino.

When Biggs went to arrest Pagliaroli, Sibick allegedly intervened and tried to prevent the arrest, according to a report.
