Buffalo man indicted as East Side cocaine distributor

A federal grand jury has indicted a Buffalo man for conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Wei Xiang said the defendant, Aaron “Boog” Hicks, was involved with others in the distribution of cocaine on Buffalo’s East Side between 2010 and 2014.

Hicks’ indictment is the result of an investigation by the FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force and is connected to the recent arrest of 17 members and associates of the Schuele Boys gang in Buffalo.
