Restaurant manager assaulted in Niagara Falls

NIAGARA FALLS – A 41-year-old restaurant manager was punched in the face outside of the restaurant Wednesday afternoon.

The victim said the suspect drove up in his car at 3:30 p.m. to The Bakery at 3004 Niagara St., and accused him of having an inappropriate relationship with the suspect’s girlfriend. The suspect then punched the victim in the face and threatened to kill him before driving away. The suspect appeared to have been drinking, according to the victim.

The victim said the woman in question worked for him five years ago, but they had never been involved in any relationship.

The suspect was described as a white man in his late thirties to early forties, 5’11” tall, 210 pounds with brown hair and a scruffy beard.
