LOCKPORT – A Blasdell man pulled over for reckless driving early Thursday was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, Niagara County sheriff’s deputies said.
Mark W. Fox, 34, of Bethford Drive also was charged with failure to keep right, operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and using a vehicle without an interlock device. Deputies said they spotted him driving east on Tonawanda Creek Road at 2:23 a.m. and pulled him over on Forestview Road..
Fox, who underwent a blood/urine test at Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport, was found to be impaired by drugs, deputies said. The suspect, they added, also was driving with a conditional license that had been revoked on March 27, 2013, for driving while intoxicated in Lackawanna.
