NIAGARA FALLS – A Gasport man accused of drunken driving will face felony charges due to a previous conviction on the same charge.
Michael A. Stolzman, 54, was stopped by New York State Police late last week on Cayuga Drive in Niagara Falls. He was found to have a previous conviction for driving while intoxicated in the past 10 years and was charged with felony DWI.
He was additionally charged with refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely, and a license plate violation, according to a report released on Monday.
He was issued tickets and a court date for March 6 in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
