Man’s license has been suspended four times

WHEATFIELD – Niagara County sheriff’s deputies stopped a Niagara Falls man and found that his license had been suspended four times.

Paul Kraszewski Jr., 29, of Isherwood Drive, was stopped just after 10 a.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation with three or more suspensions.

Kraszewski was driving with a valid South Carolina license, but deputies found his license had been suspended four times while driving in New York State in 2005 and 2007 for failing to answer summonses.

Deputies said Kraszewski admitted he had not gone to court to answer any of them.
