Cantina Loco, Mike Andrzejewski’s Mexican restaurant, is opening for lunch starting Tuesday.
The restaurant, 191 Allen St., has been crowded for dinner, but concerns about kitchen capacity pushed the introduction of lunch service into 2015.
“I think things are smooth enough and we have the people who can balance it,” Andrzejewski said. He picked February to give the restaurant time to adjust before the patio opens, adding more customers, he said.
Here’s the menu, which is taco and burrito level, plus soups and stews, not including the saucy dinner entrees.
