Police alerted to profanity-laced argument at Falls elementary school

NIAGARA FALLS – School officials are moving to have a 37-year-old man banned from the grounds of Cataract Elementary School after he threatened a school staffer while arguing with another parent outside the Girard Avenue school Friday morning.

Police said the school’s principal told them the argument – in which profanities were used – occurred in a parking lot about 8:50 a.m. Friday and within earshot of children getting off a school bus. The unidentified man also threatened the staffer, police said.
