NIAGARA FALLS – A 54-year-old man remains hospitalized in stable condition after being hit by a car Wednesday night on Niagara Falls Boulevard, according to police.
The victim, whose name wasn’t released, suffered multiple injuries – including cuts to his face and broken bones, police said. He’s being treated at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, where his condition is critical, but stable, police reported.
The victim was in the roadway, in the 8700 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard, when he was struck by a westbound car at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police identified the driver only as a 69-year-old man.
Police said their investigation is ongoing.
