Buffalo man gets jail time for third DWI

A third conviction for drunken driving has sent a Buffalo man to jail for 45 days.

David D. Locke, 32, was sentenced last Friday by Cheektowaga Town Justice Paul Piotrowski. He was arrested last March 7 on charges of felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and operating with no taillights.

Police said the vehicle Locke was driving didn’t display tail lights and kept drifting into another lane on Reiman Street in Sloan. Locke’s driver’s license was suspended at the time, police added.
