2 alleged Falls crack dealers arraigned

LOCKPORT – Two men pleaded not guilty Monday in Niagara County Court to nearly identical indictments charging them with twice selling crack cocaine to police informants in Niagara Falls.

Charged with two counts each of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance were Andy Martinez, 35, of Pierce Avenue in the Falls, and Jermaine D. Pryor, 24, of no fixed address.

Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said Martinez’ alleged drug deals occurred Nov. 6 and 27, 2013, while Pryor allegedly was selling crack July 7 and 10.
