Buffalo man gets year in prison for selling crack cocaine

A man convicted of dealing cocaine in Buffalo was sentenced Wednesday by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny to a year in prison.

Assistant U.S. Attorney George C. Burgasser said Nicholas Gaskin, 27, of Buffalo, sold crack cocaine to an undercover police officer on several occasions in 2012.

Gaskin’s sentencing is the result of an investigation by the FBI and Buffalo Police.
