Christmas gifts stolen from Niagara Falls home

NIAGARA FALLS – At least $8,000 in items, including more than $2,000 in wrapped Christmas gifts, were stolen from a Livingston Avenue home between Wednesday afternoon and early Thursday morning.

The victim told police he got home at 1 a.m. Thursday to find his house ransacked. Among the items taken were two laptops, three watches, two dozen bottles of wine, a tablet, DVDs and headphones.

The victim told police he had been gone from his home for about 12 hours.
