Former University of Houston guard Torian Graham, a former top 100-ranked recruit out of high school, has verbally committed to transfer to the University at Buffalo, ESPN reported. Graham re-tweeted news of his UB commitment on his twitter account Wednesday.
Graham went from Chipola Junior College in Florida to Houston, but on Nov. 17 decided to leave the Cougars for personal reasons. Graham said at the time he planned to pursue his basketball career at another school.
Graham, a Durham, N.C., product, originally was committed out of high school to North Carolina State. Current UB aide Levi Watkins worked for N.C. State at the time. Graham is a 6-foot-4 shooting guard.
