Sanborn man charged with dealing pills

LOCKPORT – A Sanborn man pleaded not guilty Monday in Niagara County Court to a three-count indictment that accused him of selling and possessing prescription pills.

Jason D’Antuono, 34, of Shenk Road, is charged with one count of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fifth-degree possession.

He allegedly sold the anti-anxiety drug alprazolam April 2 and also was accused of illegally possessing the anti-addiction drug buprenorphine, also called Suboxone, on May 13.
