Grigorenko rejoins Sabres for Saturday's game against Avs

Mikhail Grigorenko is set to play his fourth game in five days. That's fine by him since he'll wear a Buffalo Sabres uniform for two of them.

The Sabres have recalled Grigorenko for Saturday's game against Colorado in First Niagara Center. The center made his season debut for the Sabres on Tuesday in Winnipeg. He was sent back to Rochester following the game and skated for the Amerks on Wednesday and Friday.

Grigorenko was minus-2 with two shots in Friday's 3-2 home victory over Adirondack.

The Sabres' first pick in the 2012 draft is fourth on the Amerks in scoring with 19 points in 29 games. The 20-year-old has seven goals and 12 assists.

Buffalo is short two forwards with Cody McCormick and Torrey Mitchell out on a week-to-week basis.
