Western New Yorkers are lucky to have WNED-TV
My appreciation for WNED-TV was elevated to the ionosphere after I watched “Poirot’s Last Case” (an Agatha Christie mystery) on Nov. 22. For some moments, I sat affected by the touching, unpredicted series finale delivered via the masterful actor, David Suchet. (He portrayed the famous detective for 25 years.)
The station’s commenters stated that probably nowhere else in North America was the momentous program being aired. And support from WNED viewers made its purchase possible. Western New York and Canada are very fortunate to have the quality offerings provided by this public television station.
