BASEBALL: The Niagara Expos youth baseball program (supported by the Jr. Thunderwolves program) has limited openings on their 2014 summer travel teams. The program is based in Niagara County with openings on its 10U and 13U teams. Winter training is held at the Kenan Center in Lockport. BASKETBALL: Area elementary schools are invited to register and participate in Timon’s basketball tournament Dec. 6-9. Each team will receive tournament shirts and a season pass to all Timon home basketball games. Participating teams are asked to please adhere to a 15-player roster limit. Team rosters and a registration fee of $50 made payable to Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School must be submitted to hold your place in the tournament. Please forward to Athletic Director Charlie Comerford, Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School, 601 McKinley Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14220 or fax to 824-5833, attention Charlie Comerford. The first 16 responses will be in the tournament. Trophies will be awarded to the All-Tournament Team, MVP and team trophies to first and second place teams.

FLOOR HOCKEY: Scoops All-Sport in North Tonawanda is taking registrations for their 3-on-3 adult floor hockey fall/winter leagues (recreational and money prize). Games are played with three players and a goalie and leagues will be formed on multiple nights. Contact Neal Turvey at 462-8155 or nturvey@scoopsallsport.com.
