Big and Rich head to the Seneca Niagara Events Center

Get out your favorite Stetson and your cowboy boots as country music superstars Big and Rich return to perform at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Seneca Niagara Events Center in Niagara Falls. The multiplatinum-selling country duo, best known for its 2005 megahit, “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy),” is touring in support of its fifth studio album, “Gravity,” which was released in September. “Gravity” is the first album the pair has released under its newly formed independent record label, Big and Rich Records.

After a decade together as Big and Rich, Big Kenny Alpine and John Rich aren’t done yet. “We’re at that place in our career where we feel that there is this amazing gravity that is taking us where we continue to go, no matter what,” Alpine recently told Billboard. “It’s been an amazing ride getting here, and we’ve been blessed. At the same time, it’s exciting to see where we’re going to go from here and what this conversation will be like 10 years from now. The future looks great.”

Joining the boys on the stage will be Cowboy Troy, the country rapper whose history with Big and Rich dates back a decade to when they joined him on his 2005 track, “I Play Chicken with the Train.”

Tickets are $41.75-$76.75 (box office, Ticketmaster). For info, visit www.senecaniagaracasino.com.
