The Festival of Trees fundraiser to benefit Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo has been rescheduled to Dec. 5.
The 37th annual black-tie affair was originally set to be held Saturday. Proceeds from the charity function have been earmarked for the new John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital under construction in the Buffalo-Niagara Medical corridor.
One of the region’s premier holiday events, the Festival of Trees features a glittering display of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, both mantle and window displays, as well as a boutique filled with holiday home decor and fancily wrapped gifts.
The event has helped the hospital set a high standard in pediatric medical care, with more than $6 million in donations since the event’s inception.
