Niagara Falls man arraigned on felony DWI indictment

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man, charged with felony driving while intoxicated and other counts after a Sept. 10 traffic stop in that city, pleaded not guilty to an indictment Wednesday in State Supreme Court.

Besides DWI, Michael D. Snowden, 40, of Cudaback Avenue, is charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, an unsafe lane change and drinking in a vehicle. Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. allowed him to remain free on his own recognizance.
