LOCKPORT – A Dysinger Road man told Niagara County sheriff’s deputies that he was attacked by an intoxicated as he was out walking his dog just before 1 a.m. Friday near his apartment building.
The 38-year-old victim said he was with his girlfriend, walking their dog, when another resident of his building attacked him without provocation. He said the man appeared to be drunk.
The victim said the man came up behind him, picked him up and then slammed him onto the pavement. The victim said he was repeatedly kicked and punched in the face while he was on the ground and then the suspect ran back into the building.
No arrest has been made.
