LOCKPORT – Justin J. Snead, 23, of Lincoln Place, Lockport, who is already serving a four-year state prison sentence for a stabbing, was given an identical sentence Wednesday for selling crack cocaine.
Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas ordered that the sentences be served simultaneously. Snead admitted to attempted third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for two crack deals with a police informant in October 2012. He was previously sentenced for stabbing a man in the back nine times July 5, 2013.
In another case Wednesday, Farkas kicked another Lockport cocaine dealer out of the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment and said she will send him to prison for no more than five years.
Sentencing was scheduled Dec. 17 for Ronnie A. Koonce Jr., 43, of High Street, who admitted to third-degree sale for three deals in 2012.
