Jamestown to get $1.6 million for transportation project

The Jamestown Intermodal Transportation Project is among the 68 bicycle, pedestrian and multi-use path transportation projects that will receive funding from a Federal Highway Administration grant administered by the State Department of Transportation, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announces.

The project, sponsored by the City of Jamestown, will receive $1.6 million. The program provides up to 80 percent of the cost, with the remainder paid by the sponsor.
