Cheektowaga man charged in break-in at Falls wireless store

LOCKPORT – A Cheektowaga man was arraigned in Niagara County Court Friday on an indictment accusing him and a Buffalo man of burglarizing a cellphone store in Niagara Falls.

Anthony W. Flood, 26, of Linda Drive, pleaded not guilty to burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief, all in the third degree. Scheduled for arraignment on the same charges Monday is Marcus T. Davis, 27, of Dorris Avenue, Buffalo.

The men are accused of entering the Universal Wireless store in the Falls on Jan. 22.
