Buffalo woman arrested for knifepoint attempted robbery

A 54-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested at about 4 p.m. Friday at Elmwood Avenue and North Street for allegedly trying to rob a North Street man at knifepoint.

Natalie Green, of Walden Venue, was charged with first-degree attempted robbery, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police are still looking for a man who was with her. Police officers reported finding she had a pocket knife and a glass crack pipe with residue at the time of her arrest.

The victim told officers Green and her companion tried to rob him of $100.
