Bills receiver Mike Williams didn't mince words Wednesday when I asked him if he was discouraged to have fallen behind Chris Hogan on the depth chart.
"I'm actually behind a lot of guys," the Buffalo native said. "Hogan's just one of those guys. I'm just out there doing what they tell me to do. So if they put me ninth string again, I guess that's what I'm going to be at. I'm just doing whatever they tell me to do. I guess that's where I'm supposed to be at, and I guess I'm there."
Williams is apparently in Doug Marrone's doghouse. Two weeks ago, Marrone deactivated him for the New England game. Williams's agent then asked for a trade. Marrone then suggested that Williams needed to be more of a team player. Williams suited up for the Vikings game last Sunday, but played only five snaps and wasn't targeted in the passing game.
