Stockton woman arrested on felony DWI charge

A 55-year-old Stockton woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies found her outside her parked car on Route 380 in the Town of Gerry about 3:50 p.m. Saturday, the sheriff’s office reported.

Nancy M. Mizer, who had a driving while impaired conviction in the past 10 years, was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed driving, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and possession of a controlled substance outside its original container. She faces further proceedings in Gerry Town Court in several weeks.
