Cattaraugus County Bank appointed Deborah Fargo risk, compliance, CRA, security and bank secrecy act officer. With the bank since 2007, Fargo previously was commercial credit analyst. She graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1999 with a dual degree bachelor’s and MBA. Fargo is a certified management accountant.


JMS Technical Solutions, a national staffing agency headquartered in Buffalo, promoted Kaylynn Crumb to business development executive. Crumb began her career at the company as a technology recruiter in November 2013.
