Copper plumbing stolen in damaging break-in at Falls apartment complex

NIAGARA FALLS – Thieves burglarized a vacant apartment complex on Seventh Street recently, damaging walls and ceilings while stealing more than $900 worth of copper plumbing, Niagara Falls police said.

Police said someone ripped a lock hasp off the door of the property, in the 400 block of Seventh Street. The stolen plumbing was removed largely from a bathroom area. Damage was estimated $2,000.
