Falls man arrested for DWI on Robert Moses Parkway

LEWISTON – A Niagara Falls man was stopped by state police for allegedly speeding on the Robert Moses Parkway early Monday and then charged with driving while intoxicated and other offenses, troopers reported Thursday.

Joseph P. Hubbard, 30, was pulled over about 1:25 a.m. and showed signs of intoxication, troopers said. He later refused to submit to a breath test and a check showed his driver’s license had been revoked in an earlier DWI case.

Hubbard also was charged with speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and various traffic counts. He was ordered to appear in Porter Town Court for proceedings in several weeks.
