The Health Foundation for Western and Central New York named Chaylee Sullivan administrative assistant. Sullivan most recently served as the program liaison at the YWCA of WNY. She is a Geneseo State College graduate and earned a master’s degree from Buffalo State.


The Charter School for Applied Technologies named Kenneth Robinson, an admission adviser at SUNY Buffalo State, to its board of trustees.

Dr. Anthony J. Buscaglia, a pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine physician associated with Mercy Hospital and Catholic Medical Partners, is adding a new Hamburg site to his practice and renaming his Southtowns Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice. Buscaglia partnered with Sleep Insights, an upstate New York sleep management provider owned by a local businessman, Jeffrey Dann, for the Hamburg site expansion.
