Pennsylvania man arrested for DWI and high headlights

MAYVILLE – A 24-year-old Union City, Pa., man was arrested on a charge of aggravated drunken driving after he was stopped by Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies on Conway Road in the Town of French Creek for driving with his high beam headlights on about 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

Chaffee was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, failure to dim his vehicle’s high beams, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right.
