Stuhlmiller, with the bank for 14 years, is a manager in the regulatory affairs and capital adequacy group. Stuhlmiller received a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from University of Rochester. Brewster, with the bank for 18 years, is operations manager in the banking operations division. She graduated from Buffalo State College.
