Phillips Lytle partner Michael B. Powers was re-elected a trustee of the Historical Society of the Courts of the State of New York. Powers has served on the society’s board of trustees since January 2005 and was selected as chairman of its Programs Committee in 2013. In addition, he is Clarence town justice.
