CERVI, Angelo Stanford

CERVI CERVI - Angelo Stanford Of Cheektowaga, passed away January 15, 2014, in San Diego, CA (his winter home) following a two year battle with pancreatic cancer, beloved husband of the late Margaret Elaine (nee Nixon) Cervi; dearest father of James (May) Cervi, Robert (Terry) Cervi, Donald (Suzanne) Cervi, Nancy (Dan) Cervi-Peter, Barbara (Steve) Cervi-Graham, Thomas (late Brenda) Cervi and Glenn Cervi; loving grandfather of Ronald (Heidi) Cervi, Lauren (Mark) Paella, Nicole (John) Santaserio, Joelle (Stewart) MacDonald, Lisa Quickenden, Luke Cervi and five great-grandchildren. He was a WWII Veteran, serving with the Marines at Iwo Jima. After retiring from Westinghouse in 1985 as an electrician, he continued his passions for flying his Cessna 172 and Barbershop singing with the Friends of Harmony, East Aurora, NY Chapter. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11 AM at the (Cleveland Hill Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 569 Cleveland Drive. Interment will follow in Ridge Lawn Cemetery.
