The Consumer Credit Counseling Service will celebrate the opening of a new office in Niagara Falls today.
The Niagara County Financial Literacy Coalition is an economic empowerment initiative of Consumer Credit Counseling Service, a non-profit that provides financial counseling and credit repayment services. The coalition will provide financial education with offices in Lockport and Niagara Falls.
The public is invited to the grand opening of the Niagara Falls office, 1522 Main St., in the Family and Children’s Services’ Niagara Family Center at 10 a.m. today.
CCCS raised $70,500 for the project and will soon receive an unspecified monetary award from the United Way of Greater Niagara.
