Falls man pleads innocent to drug indictment

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man, allegedly caught with drugs when police raided his home May 30, pleaded not guilty to a five-count indictment Friday in Niagara County Court.

Terrence D. Booze, 42, of Pierce Avenue, is charged with third-, fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Assistant District Attorney Theresa L. Prezioso said Booze allegedly had cocaine, a mix of hydrocodone and acetaminophen, a cane sword and a set of metal knuckles.
